We stock antique timepieces for the buyer who is looking for a great value and the perfect "look". All are warranted, delivered and set up by Mr. Smith.

We will be adding antique clocks to the Market Basket soon, but in the mean time please view example clocks of the type we carry in the store.

Sligh.

Sligh is one of the oldest, very finest, and most respected furniture manufacturers in the United States selling beautiful lifestyle clocks, including a large collection of grandfather, wall and mantel heirlooms. The company will celebrate its 125th year in 2004. The company's finishes are of the highest quality. One need only compare its products to those of other clock manufacturers to see the difference. Also, Sligh offers limited edition antique reproductions which are true to the originals in every detail, but with contemporary chime works. With this company, you can invest in limited production pieces regardless of the model number, because Sligh is a smaller company whose focus is unit-quality-control. You won't find your Sligh clock at your neighbor's home.

Howard Miller.

The informed consumer is our best customer! We are proud to offer you Howard Miller products at the lowest price. We will meet or beat any other legitimate online price offered on these clocks. Howard Miller is the largest clock manufacturer in the United States, and its pricing reflects volume and market dominence.

Kieninger.

Kieninger Uhrenfabrik Gmbh of Aldingen, Germany offers a unique line of reproductions true to European styling. Here is where you will find Italian finishes on clocks adaptable to contemporary room settings. The Kieninger Clock Company is highly selective when it comes to choosing American dealers, allowing approximately 50 clockshops to handle its line. We are honored to be one of them!

Hermle.

We also feature Hermle clocks. This German company has provided the inner works of mechanical clocks to most all of other clock manufacturers for over a century. Hermle now sells entire clocks directly to selected dealers in the U.S. These high quality clocks are priced competitively and are available to us within days of our order placement.

Ansonia.

The Ansonia Clock Company, located in Lynnwood, Washington, continues the tradition in fine clock making established by Ansonia in 1850. This firm however manufactures clocks that are like no others on the market today. Door panels are distinctive with their beveled glass panels. Ansonia's Gold Medallion eight day mechanical mechanism uses bronze bushings in its brass plates to add durability, allowing the company to offer a 3 year warranty. The company prides itself on product quality and customer service.

Chelsea Clocks.

The over-100-year-old Chelsea, Massachusetts clock company still uses its American-made movement and case, as it always has. A wonderful clock for a special presentation, but also at home in your kitchen, living room, den, or the stateroom on your boat! The Chelsea Ships Bell clock is virtually unchanged since its inception, and any clock collector worth his salt has to own at least one. Expensive and worth every penny.

We will be adding Chelsea clocks to the Market Basket soon. Please check back soon.

Cuckoo Clocks.

We prefer the Anton Schneider brand of Black Forest clocks. From $99 to $9,000. Schneider has a cuckoo clock to suit anyone's taste. Here are just a few of the many styles which are available. If you desire a certain design, with movement and music or a simple cuckoo, describe it for us, and we can provide your email address with a photo of something close to it.
